Urology Physician - Permanent Position in Santa Rosa, CA

Join our healthcare team as a dedicated Urology Physician in Santa Rosa, California. This permanent role offers the chance to provide comprehensive urological care in a clinic conveniently located across from the hospital, serving a diverse patient population.

Job Details

  • Location: Santa Rosa, CA
  • Start Date: August 1, 2025
  • End Date: August 1, 2026
  • Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
  • Call Schedule: 7-10 days per month, with beeper call and on-site presence during weekdays (7am-5pm)
  • Patient Encounters Per Shift: 20-25

Job Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3 years in Urology
  • Valid California medical license or willingness to obtain one
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Urology

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality urological care to adult patients
  • Perform laparoscopic surgeries, nephrectomies, prostatectomies, and incontinence procedures
  • Conduct renal and bladder ultrasounds with biopsy
  • Manage extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) and penile prosthesis procedures
  • Participate in call schedule and respond to hospital callbacks as needed
