Medical Record Supervisor (HIM)

GHR Search is currently partnered with one of the nation's largest Release of Information (ROI) firms in search of an area supervisor overseeing multiple locations in the Philadelphia region!

Job Description:

• Responsible for oversight of ROI Specialists across assigned locations
• Delegate team member assignments to cover changes in volume
• Process team schedules, PTO requests, and schedules
• Monitor team member work performance, ensuring quality standards are met
• Conduct team member performance reviews
• Collaborate with staff at each client site, maintaining an excellent relationship between the client and our organization
• Assist team with ROI activities as needed

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8A - 5P

Minimum Requirement:

• 1-year of leadership experience in an acute care setting
• Relevant degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Understanding of HIPAA policies
• Strong ability to be a team leader
• Ability to travel to different locations as needed
