• Shift: 8 Hour Evenings
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Employment Type: Local, On-Site
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1580 - $1700

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a certified sterile processing technician training program.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sterile processing.
• CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) or CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) required.
• CIS (Certified Instrument Specialist) or CSIS (Certified Surgical Instrument Specialist) preferred.
• CHL (Certified Health Care Leader) or CSPM (Certified in Sterile Processing Management) within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate shift operations and services.
• Oversee quality control and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.
• Maintain internal visibility and supervise department activities.
• Perform routine quality and safety checks.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Manage inventory orders, equipment maintenance, and staffing assignments.
• Ensure verification of pre and post sterilization quality indicators.
