We're seeking a talented individual to join our team in Northern New Jersey for a hybrid role, supporting our esteemed client onsite 2-3 days per week. This temporary position offers an expected timeline of 9-12 months, providing ample opportunity for growth and development.
Pay Rate: $35.00 - $42.00 Hourly (based on level of experience, also paid weekly and elibigle for heatlh benefits)
Type : will start as 9-12 month contract with option to extend
Shift: Monday - Friday ( Required to be onsite 2-3 days weekly)
Location: Northern New Jersey
Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Setup and maintenance of customer contracts and membership within the rebate system
Leading and performing the processing of claims to support pharmaceutical manufacturers
Conducting formulary and script level validation
Analyzing rebate calculations for consistency and accuracy, resolving disputes and issues
Providing trend insights through analysis
Executing various reporting activities for customer compliance
Supporting ongoing customer relationships
Identifying and assisting in process and system improvements
Participating and collaborating on ad hoc projects
Serving as a subject matter expert of Commercial/Managed Care rebates
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; focus on Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience within commercial and government contracting
Experience with Model N Powered by N or Model N Flex is a MUST
Prior experience processing Commercial/Managed Care rebates
Proficiency in managing, processing, and reporting data
Ability to perform under tight deadlines and balance multiple customer assignments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytics skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Ability to produce high-quality deliverables to senior-level contacts with minimal management review
