Registered Nurse – Home Health

A local, reputable Home Healthcare organization is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join their team! Due to growth and plans for continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced, career-focused Home Health RN for their territory in the Montgomery County area, specifically surrounding the Collegeville, Pottstown, Phoenixville areas.

Caseload / Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours/wk – 15 patient visits/wk

Salary & Additional Compensation: $35 - $40/hr + PRN Rates for additional visits

• As a part-time employee, you will be eligible for pro-rated benefits, as well as Paid Time Off, and 401k
• I-Pad for Documentation, Mileage Reimbursement and Cell Phone stipend

Qualifications:

• PA Licensed Registered Nurse
• PA Driver’s Licensed
• At least 1-2 years of recent home health experience
• At least 2 years of previous experience in acute care or rehab settings
• Experience with OASIS and Kinnser Electronic Medical Records documentation, highly preferred
