Regional Operations Manager - Release of Information
Join our healthcare team as a Regional Operations Manager, specializing in Release of Information (ROI) operations across multiple sites in the central Midwest Region, with a focus on Michigan.
This pivotal role ensures compliance with company goals, client policies, and federal/state regulations. Ideal candidates will be based in or around Michigan and will excel in client communication, project management, strategic planning, and staffing.

Job Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma / GED required
-
Bachelor’s and/or Associate's Degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Credentialed RHIT or RHIA preferred
-
Minimum five (5) years of supervisory/management experience in Health Information Management in an acute care hospital or clinic setting
-
Experience supervising a minimum of 20 full-time employees
-
Strong knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
-
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally, including overnight stays as necessary
Responsibilities

Oversee ROI operations across all sites, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and regulations

Conduct meetings with client management to review operations and provide guidance

Manage regional P&L and budgetary performance

Recruit, hire, and train staff, ensuring competency in all aspects of ROI
-
Conduct quarterly business reviews and performance evaluations
-
Promote a positive image of the company with an emphasis on customer service

Improve regional processes to achieve company goals
