Coordinating Benefit Review Nurse (CBRN)
We are seeking two dedicated Coordinating Benefit Review Nurses (CBRNs) to join our healthcare team in Trevose, PA. This role is part of a pivotal one-year pilot program supporting US Government Civilians under the Japan-based Federal Employee Health Benefit (FEHB) Program Carriers. Your expertise will ensure healthcare services align with insurance policies and industry standards.
Job Details
- Salary: $85,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM ET
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Location: Trevose, PA (with hybrid options available post-training)
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in Utilization Review
- Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance policies and medical referrals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Review healthcare services for US Government Civilians under the FEHB Program
- Ensure medical care compliance with insurance policies and industry standards
- Facilitate medical referrals and assist with claims assessments
- Collaborate with international teams in a dynamic environment
