RN - Occupational Health

The position is based in a medical suite similar to a doctor's office, where you will have the autonomy to follow established protocols and work closely with a team.

Job Details

• Pay Rate: $44/hour
• Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time
• Shift: Flexible start times between 6 AM - 9 AM, 8-hour days
• Schedule: 2-3 days per week, Monday to Friday, no weekends or holidays
• Location: Lyons, PA 19536 - A charming area in Berks County known for its scenic beauty and community spirit.

Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience preferred, especially in Occupational Health, manufacturing settings, or hospital experience (ER or Med/Surg)
• Experience in long-term care settings is also considered

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health services including Workers Comp assessments, emergency treatment, first aid, drug screenings, and testing
• Work autonomously following established protocols without the need for direct physician orders
• Engage in both team-oriented and independent tasks, offering creative solutions and care
• Manage walk-ins and collaborate with doctors as needed
