Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg unit, managing a diverse range of medical conditions and post-operative care.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement nursing care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and individualized care to patients.
- Monitor and document patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in patient and family education, offering support and guidance for post-discharge care and wellness.
- Valid RN license in AZ and BLS certification.
- Previous experience in a Med Surg setting preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
