INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY MANAGER - Radiology Technician

A healthcare system in Philadelphia is looking for an Interventional Radiology Manager to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting and contribute to patient outcomes. Monday-Friday day shift.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for oversight of the Interventional Radiology Departments at their hospitals.
• Manages the Policies and Procedures and ensures standardization across the health system. Manages all IRAD staff, Nurses and Technologists.
• Teaches the technical staff and residents special procedures techniques, ensures the quality of examination performed by technical staff and coordinates scheduling of examinations with referring physicians and radiologists.
• Ensures all Interventional Radiology departments are compliant with Joint Commission, State and regulatory procedures and all regulatory requirements are met.

Experience

• 3 Years experience in a supervisory position (Required)
• 5 Years experience in Radiology or related imaging field
• Must have IR experience
• General Experience in special procedures (CT, MRI, or Ultrasound) (Preferred)

Education

• Non-Degree Program: Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree: in a health-related field

Certifications ARRT - Amer Reg Radiologic Technologist (Required)

• RT(R) - Reg Technologist (R) (Required)
• BLS - Basic Life Support (Required

Compensation: Salary depends on years of experience: 115-128K plus excellent benefits.
