Nurse Manager - IDD, Behavioral Health 

Join our healthcare team as a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager in Mt Laurel, NJ. Job Details

  • Salary: $110,000 - $116,000, based on experience and qualifications
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with on-call requirements
  • Shift Options: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IDD, Behavioral Health, or Mental Health settings, preferably with pediatric/adolescent populations
  • Experience in clinical supervision or management
  • BSN preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage nursing staff in a residential in-patient setting for IDD pediatrics aged 10-21
  • Ensure high-quality care and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide leadership support as needed
