Job Details
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Shift Duration: 12 Hour shifts, Day & Night Opportunities available
- Salary Range: $83,000 - $100,000/yr (Depending on Experience)
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- COVID-19 vaccination required (at least initial doses)
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the nursing staff and CNAs in the Short Term Rehab Unit
- Manage staffing for call-outs and assist with admissions
- Respond to pharmacy concerns and pronounce deaths if necessary
- Ensure clinical excellence and customer service within the unit
- Report directly to the Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant DON
