Registered Nurse - Nurse Team Leader - Short Term Rehab Unit

Job Details

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Hours Per Week: 36
  • Shift Duration: 12 Hour shifts, Day & Night Opportunities available 
  • Salary Range: $83,000 - $100,000/yr (Depending on Experience)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • COVID-19 vaccination required (at least initial doses)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the nursing staff and CNAs in the Short Term Rehab Unit
  • Manage staffing for call-outs and assist with admissions
  • Respond to pharmacy concerns and pronounce deaths if necessary
  • Ensure clinical excellence and customer service within the unit
  • Report directly to the Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant DON
