Registered Nurse - Long Term Care - Full Time Days

A highly reputable, five-star rated Continuing Care Retirement Community is seeking a full-time, day shift Registered Nurse for their Long Term Care unit. This is a great opportunity to join an organization that is focused on delivering compassionate, quality patient care in Skilled Nursing, Personal Care, Memory Support, and Rehab units.

Job Details

  • Shift: 8 Hour Days, 7am-3:30pm
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time
  • Salary: starting at $45 per hour

Job Requirements

  • Must have Long Term Care (LTC) experience
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Ability to build strong relationships with residents and families
  • Organizational skills and clinical proficiency
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess the physical, mental, and psycho-social needs of residents
  • Administer medications, wound care, and maintain documentation
  • Collaborate with 2-3 CNAs per unit
  • Participate in weekend and holiday rotations
  • Maintain a nurse to patient ratio of 1:20
