Join our inpatient psychiatry team located near Dempster Beach, NY and play a vital role in delivering comprehensive, high-quality care to individuals facing mental health challenges. This full-time, permanent position offers a $30,000 Sign on Bonus and the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-focused environment where patient-centered care is our priority.


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with Psychiatric experience for a BRAND-NEW Inpatient Psychiatric Unit fully equipped with all State-of-the-art equipment and brand-new facility within a very reputable organization in New York.

Registered Nurse – Inpatient Psychiatry

Description:

$30,000 Sign on Bonus for experienced RNs and $15,000 for newer RNs.

Salary and Compensation:

Rate: $34/hr. - $48/hr.

  • + Up to 35% additional shift differential for nights and weekends.
  • Compensation based on years of nursing experience.

Schedule:
  • FT Nights, 7p-7a
  • E/O Weekend
  • Shift Differential(s): Must work 4 hours into the shift to get the shift diff
  • 10% 3p-11p
  • 25% 11p-7a
  • ADD'L 10% for Weekends on top of the evenings/night shift differentials
Registered Nurse – Inpatient Psychiatry

Requirements:
  • Open to New Grads with strong clinical rotations.
  • Inpatient Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred.
  • Open to RNs coming from other settings and interested in transiting into other acute care units.
  • NY State RN License
