Registered Nurse – Infusion, Home Health
One of the region’s TOP health networks is seeking experienced, career-focused Registered Nurses to join their specialty Home Health & Infusion Therapy division!
They currently have several full-time opportunities in various territories throughout Lancaster County.
This is a great opportunity for RN’s that are exploring a new challenge in their career, away from the bedside! The organization is known for investing in their staff professionally and financially by offering many avenues for professional growth and career advancement!
In communication and collaboration with a skilled and interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, the full-time RN will work with patients after being discharged from the hospital and in need of home health and home infusion services. Responsibilities include developing and managing care plans for patients after surgery, providing patients with intravenous medication and therapies in the comfort of their own homes, patient/family education, case management, symptom management, etc…the Home Infusion/Home Health RN plays a crucial role in supporting patients and families on their path to recovery.
Schedule: Full-time, 36 – 40 hours/wk
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000/yr
*Compensation is dependent upon total years of RN experience

- Various Schedules available: (5) 8 hour days/wk, (4) 10 hour days/wk or (3) 12 hour days/wk
- Every 4th weekend rotation – when you work on the weekend, you have the opportunity to take off days the following week!
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000/yr
*Compensation is dependent upon total years of RN experience

Qualifications:
- PA Licensed Registered Nurse
- A minimum of 3 years of experienced as a Registered Nurse, or a minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN with BSN
- BSN, highly preferred – If less than 3 years experience, BSN required
- Valid Driver’s license, in good standing
- At least 2 years of experience in acute care, critical care OR At least 1 year of recent infusion nursing experience in infusion or acute care settings
- Home Health and/or Home Infusion experience, highly preferred
