A large, home care organization is current seeking a FULLTIME, PERMANENT HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE / RN to join their team! Various territories available throughout Philadelphia!

Urgent need: South Philadelphia-19145, 19146, 19147 and 19148

• Schedule/Caseload: Fulltime – 5/6 patients/day = 30 patients/wk
• PRN: Overtime is always available for additional visits.
• Experience with OASIS and HCHB – preferred, not required
• Excellent rates $28 - $42/HR DOE
