Registered Nurse - RN – Critical Care Float Pool

A local Magnet Status Trauma Center is looking for Experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses to join their Critical Care Float Pool on a permanent, full-time basis. The Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse will provide quality patient care within all Critical Care Units of the Hospital. Clinical Coverage includes: Trauma ICU, Medical ICU , Surgical ICU , Cardiac ICU and Respiratory ICU.

We work on a clinical ladder - if you have 3 years of Critical Care Experience or more, you may be qualified to start at a higher pay!

They pride themselves on training the nursing staff on progressive techniques and explaining why and how to do things. The departments have all new equipment and have a wonderful patient flow that allows the nurses to meet the needs of their patients easily.

Shifts Available:

• 12 hours (7pm-7:30am) or (7:00am - 7:30pm )
• Weekends on rotation

Pay Rates:

• Hourly rates range based on years of experience, anywhere from $33/HR - $46/HR
• PREMIUM HOURLY INCENTIVE of $7/HR on top of hourly rate for being a part of the ICU Float Pool
• Shift Differentials start at 3pm ( 10% of hourly rate ) and an additional $2.50/HR on top of differential for all weekend shifts.

Job Requirements

Registered Nurse - RN – Critical Care Float Pool

• Valid PA state RN license
• Immediate eligibility for a Pennsylvania RN license
• At least 3 years of experience as a staff Nurse in Critical Care
• ACLS , BLS , certifications required
• Excellent work ethic and team player
• CCRN highly preferred
• Ability to provide at least 5 positive professional references
