Charge Registered Nurse (RN) - Meadowbrook, PA

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Charge Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team in Meadowbrook, Pennsylvania. Job Details

  • Location: Meadowbrook, PA 19046
  • Shift: 12-hour shifts, both day (7a-7p) and night (7p-7a) available
  • Hours per Week: 36
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Direct Hire
  • Sign-On Bonus: $6,000
  • Pay Rate: $34/hr for 1 year of experience, up to $41/hr for 10+ years of experience
  • Differentials: $7/hr for Short Stay unit, $2.50/hr for nights, $1/hr for weekends

Job Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in Charge Nurse roles preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work every other weekend

Responsibilities

  • Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Provide direct patient care as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
