Location: Portland OR
Pay Rate:
Local
Local- $4200.00 - $4400.00 Weekly Gross (Eligible for Health insurance benefits)
Travel- $4400.00 - $4600.00 Weekly Gross (Eligible for Health insurance benefits)
(MLA weekly Travel Stipend: $1732.00 a week – MUST BE OVER 50 MILES FROM LOCATION TO QUALIFY
Shift Schedule: 4x10 Weekly – Monday – Friday
Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call but if a patient reaches out after hours, must be ok with directing accordingly.
Reason for Coverage: Provider going out on Maternity leave in mid-November.
Type of Patients/Cases: Mainly handling Child Assessments – Autism/Cognitive working with Patients/Parents; Experience with developmental pediatric/autism experience
Patients per Day/Volume: Estimated 4-6 patients/appointments per day – times for appointments are either 1- or 2-hour appointments.
Inpatient or Outpatient: Outpatient Coverage as well as Virtual Coverage
Requirements:
Active Psychologist in State
Experience with doing assessments on Children.
