Staff Physician – PACE Program
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday (no weekends)
A mission-driven, senior-focused healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Staff Physician to join its well-known clinic in the LA area. As a key member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), you will help empower frail older adults to live independently and with dignity, while providing high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple settings.
About the Role:
- Full-time, 5 days on-site, no weekends
- On-site security, gated entry, and underground employee parking
- Relocation assistance to Los Angeles available
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $220,000–$260,000/year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary care provider for a dedicated panel of PACE participants
-
Deliver holistic, comprehensive medical care in the clinic, in participant homes, via telehealth, and in SNFs
-
Collaborate as part of the IDT to develop individualized care plans
-
Manage hospital and nursing home transitions, ensuring safe and coordinated discharges
-
Perform in-office procedures aligned with clinical competencies
-
Provide participant and caregiver education on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Athena EMR
-
Participate in after-hours call rotation, supported by a triage nurse team
-
Contribute to the continuous quality improvement and performance initiatives of the PACE program
-
Promote value-based care strategies to optimize health outcomes and participant satisfaction
Qualifications:

MD or DO with active, unrestricted California license
-
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Geriatrics preferred)

At least one year of experience caring for frail or elderly populations

Completion of an accredited residency (ACGME)

DEA registration and state CDS certification
-
Current CPR certification
-
Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese language skills highly desirable but not required

Valid California driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, clean driving record, and auto insurance
