Physician Assistant - Hospital

Location: San Francisco CA

Pay Rate:

Local:  $128 - $135 / Hourly.

Travel: ESTIMATED Weekly Take Home: $5,089/week after an estimated 25% tax rate                       

Untaxed:    $267/day MLA for each day that you are on assignment duplicating expenses (Estimated $2569/week) (Must be over 50 Miles from Work site location to qualify)                     

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday but would prefer someone that is open to rotating weekends with days off during week

Call Schedule: No call

Daily Responsibilities: Epicardial Wires, Chest Tubes, Vein Harvesting, proficiency in EVH, and First Assist. Endoscopic radial artery harvest experience HIGHLY preferred.

Patients per Day/Volume: Estimated up to 4 Open Cases per day plus emergencies.

Support Staff: 7 CV Surgeons, 8 Cardiovascular PA’s

REQUIREMENTS:

Active State License Required: Active State License in CA

Certifications/Qualifications Required: BLS, DEA

Board Certified Required: Certified

CSR/DEA Requirements: DEA
