Job Details

• Location: Union County, NJ
• Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
• Shift: 8-hour days, with a mix of early and late shifts (7 AM - 3 PM, 3 days/week; 10 AM - 6 PM, 2 days/week)

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey
• Strong emphasis on exercise and manual treatment techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care with a focus on exercise and manual therapy
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain autonomy in patient treatment while engaging in collaborative practice
• Contribute to the expansion of office hours as the team grows
