Personal Care Administrator (PCHA) – Lehigh County
A well-established senior living community in the Lehigh County, PA area is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Care Administrator to oversee its personal care and memory support programs. This opportunity is with a respected nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) known for delivering quality services and compassionate care to its residents.
Position Highlights:
- Non-locked unit with an aging population, including some residents with higher clinical needs
- Collaborative team with a strong wellness director and supportive executive leadership

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight of daily personal care operations

Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and personal care regulations

Supervise staff and maintain high-quality resident care standards

Oversee medication administration, documentation, and incident reporting using PCC
-
Coordinate resident follow-ups, appointments, and clinical needs

Collaborate with the Executive Director and wellness staff to drive improvements and maintain compliance

Act as a resource and mentor to the wellness team, LPNs, and aides

Promote a positive environment for residents, families, and staff
Schedule:

Monday–Friday, day shift
Qualifications:
-
Active Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) license in Pennsylvania
-
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Care Administrator

RN or LPN strongly preferred, but not required
-
Experience working with memory support and geriatric populations a plus

Knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) systems preferred
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary in the $88,000–$90,000 range, commensurate with experience
