Job Title: Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Clinic
Location: Multiple Outpatient Clinics
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our dynamic outpatient clinic teams. As a PTA, you’ll work alongside experienced Physical Therapists, providing personalized care to patients focused on rehabilitation and recovery.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, normal clinic hours (no weekends!)
- Compensation: Salary based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide hands-on treatment to patients, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities as directed by the Physical Therapist.
- Monitor patient progress and document treatment sessions accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, home programs, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care and communicate any changes in patient status.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
- Participate in clinic meetings and continuing education programs to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications:
- Current state PTA license
- 1+ year of outpatient clinic experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and patient care skills
