Job Details

• Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour day shifts, no weekends

Job Requirements

• Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Active, unrestricted Indiana Physical Therapist (PT) license
• At least one (1) year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Physically able to lift 35 pounds
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to provide three (3) positive, professional references
• Completion of compliance checklist prior to your first day

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 8-10 patients per day in an outpatient environment
• Complete initial and interim assessments and evaluations of clients' level of functioning
• Revise treatment plans through identification of new goals as necessary
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and paraprofessionals as required by policy and state regulations
• Comply with standard precautions, infection control, and safety procedures
• Provide patient and family education as appropriate
