PT - Outpatient

Job Details

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Shift: 8 Hour Days, Monday to Friday, with 2-3 evenings per week
• Caseload: Approximately 55 patients per week
• Salary:  $75,000 - $100,000
• Bonuses: Monthly bonus plan and special bonus twice a year based on clinic performance

Job Requirements

• Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapy License
• At least 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with measurable, functional goals
• Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises
• Supervise aides in providing modalities and general duties
• Monitor and re-evaluate patient progress, revising plans as needed
• Address pain management and utilize techniques to enhance patient functions
• Document evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes accurately
• Participate in research studies and contribute to protocol development
• Provide input on clinic policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
• Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally
• Continue professional development through CEUs and seminars
