Staff Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Rockdale County GA

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Staff Physical Therapist in Rockdale County, GA, where you will have the opportunity to work in a spacious, well-equipped clinic dedicated to providing exceptional outpatient physical therapy services. Our mission is to help patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility with the highest levels of patient satisfaction and measurable outcomes.

Job Details

• Employment Type: Permanent

• Hours Per Week: 40

• Shift: 8 Hour Days, Monday to Friday, with 2-3 evenings per week

• Location: Conyers, GA 30012

• Salary: Starting at $75,000 per year ($1,500 additional for every year of experience)

• Bonuses: Monthly bonus plan and special bonus twice a year based on clinic performance

Job Requirements

• Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy

• Valid Physical Therapy License

• At least 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting preferred

• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to achieve optimal outcomes

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care

• Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises

• Supervise aides in providing modalities and general duties

• Monitor and re-evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed

• Address pain management and teach strategies to prevent future injuries

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Participate in research studies and contribute to clinic policies and procedures

• Engage in continuous professional development and attend CEUs
