Staff Physical Therapist - Outpatient in Atlanta, GA

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Staff Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic located in the vibrant city of Atlanta, GA. We are seeking a passionate and patient-focused Physical Therapist to help our patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility.

Job Details

• Location: Atlanta, GA 30318
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, no weekends
• Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days
• Caseload: Approximately 55 patients per week
• Salary: Starting at $75,000 ($1,500 additional for every year of experience)

Job Requirements

• Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapy License
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to achieve optimal outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises
• Supervise aides in providing modalities and general duties
• Monitor and re-evaluate patient progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Address pain management and teach strategies to prevent future incidents
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in research studies and contribute to clinic protocols
• Engage in professional development and continuing education
