Join Our Team: Transform Lives as a Physical Therapist in our PACE Program in Indiana and Kentucky!

Position Summary: As a vital member of our PACE program, you'll be the driving force behind evaluating participants, administering cutting-edge physical therapy treatments, and documenting their remarkable progress. You'll not only work your magic in our PACE Center but also bring your expertise into participants' homes, ensuring holistic care. Leading the charge, you'll supervise aides, assistants, and students, making a tangible impact on the lives of our cherished elderly community.

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00a – 4:30p (No nights or weekends required)

Type: Direct Hire or 13-week contract option (open to Full time or Part time)
Location: Evansville IN & Owensboro KY
Pay Rate: $45 – 50 Hourly (Based off years of experience)

Education/Training/Certifications:

• Hold a master's degree in physical therapy from a reputable university, except for those graduating before 1/1/2003, who must possess a bachelor's degree in physical therapy or a bachelor's degree with physical therapy certification.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Indiana, with a compact license required.
• Possess a current driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Experience:

• Bring at least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist to the table.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with the frail or elderly.

Skill(s):

• Showcase your expertise in modalities such as exercise, mobilization, manipulation, electrical stimulation, deep tissue massage, hydrotherapy, and hot and ice therapies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in restorative and rehabilitation strategies aimed at enhancing or maintaining function, independence, and pain reduction.
• Stay abreast of geriatric issues and best practices, showcasing your current knowledge.
• Exhibit stellar judgment, problem-solving, and cognitive skills.
