Nursing Home Administrator

A 100 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator (NHA). This scenic facility is soon to under new ownership and is looking for a NHA who can help turn the facility in a more positive direction.

What I'm looking for:

• current Pennsylvania NHA licensure in good standing
• at least 2 years of experience as a NHA
• local to the facility (within 30 miles)
• for-profit experience
• superior customer service skills
• consistent work history
• ability to improve a facility's star rating
• expertise in compliance
• ability to work within a (generous) budget
