GHR Search is currently partnered with a premiere Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Lancaster County, PA seeking an experienced Nursing Leadership Professional for a full-time, permanent Nursing Home Administrator (NHA).
NHA Salary & Compensation:
- $110k - $135k, depending on experience
- Generous PTO and paid holidays
- Full comprehensive benefits
- 401k plan
The Ideal NHA:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, preferred
- Pennsylvania licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- 3+ years of NHA experience with a successful survey history
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
