Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - 10K sign on Bonus!

I am working with a healthcare company who is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with at least 2 years’ experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in an Urgent Care, ER, ICU or Primary Care setting in the Washington, DC area.

In this position you will be seeing patients in their homes. You will have a Medical Technician to drive you to all your home visits.

Schedule:

• Full time eligibility requirement minimum of 14 shifts per month (140 – 150 hours)
• Providers schedule is determined in partnership with their market leader.
• Providers can block their schedules if you prefer to work 6 days on and 6 days off.

Shifts: Start time of 8am, 9am, 10am, and then 12pm and they are 10-hour shifts

Salary/Compensation:

• Rate: $73.00-77.00 per hr.

DESCRIPTION:

• Perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose, treat complex illnesses.
• Work in collaboration with a Medical Technician deliver care to patients in the comfort of their home. Including a mobile unit and driving a company vehicle to see patients in their home.
• Analyze test data to diagnose, treat and arrange appropriate follow up for the patient to ensure continuity of care. Educate patients & families.
• Attend training sessions and clinical team meetings.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as an APP in Urgent Care, ER, ICU or Primary Care
• Prescriptive Authority and DEA license in state of Washington.
• Board - Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
