Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our healthcare team in Klamath County, OR. This role is ideal for a Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner who thrives in a facility-based environment and values autonomy and patient relationships. You will be part of a dynamic team providing holistic care to Post-Acute and Long-Term Care residents.
Job Details
- Base Salary: $120,200 - $155,000 per year
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Flexible schedule, NO evening, weekend, or holiday on-call requirements
Job Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Oregon state license, or ability to obtain
- DEA license
- National Certification
- 1-year experience preferred (may consider previous healthcare experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, holistic care to Post-Acute and Long-Term Care residents
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, dieticians, and social workers
- Build and maintain relationships with patients to make a meaningful difference in their lives
- Manage a full-time patient caseload, adjusting expectations based on FTE
