Nurse Manager - PCU / Progressive Care Unit
A large, non-profit, multi-site healthcare system is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for the Progressive Care Unit within one of their multiple hospitals in greater Philadelphia suburbs.

While reporting to the Patient Care Director of the Progressive Care Unit, the Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for coordinating, assessing, planning implementing, reassessing and evaluating the patient care provided in the department.
The Clinical Nurse Manager assists the director in supervision of the nursing team to ensure quality of care and satisfaction of the patient throughout their hospitalization. Effective supervision of the unit will be reflective of the hospital's philosophy and objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a PA Licensed RN and hold a BSN, come with at least 4 years of experience in acute care and a strong clinical background working within a Progressive Care Unit – PCU, Intermediate Care Unit, Transitional Care Unit or Telemetry, step-down unit. At least 2-3 years of recent experience in a leadership role is a must.
- In addition, qualified candidates will be able to identify opportunities for areas of improvement and initiate appropriate measures to ensure quality patient care, as well as show a proven ability to establish principles of delegation and supervision to direct the activities of all licensed and non-licensed caregivers and support staff.
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000/yr
