Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time, permanent Bilingual Nurse Manager - Case Manager to join their clinical leadership team and be an essential part of a global network. As the Nurse Manager you will provide leadership and oversight for one of the world's leading providers of medical assistance and international care. You will assist the Medical Director by monitoring progress on complex, high priority cases ensuring professional, customer focused while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Oversee daily operations within the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Serve as a role model and provide professional and technical coaching to members of the team.
- Act as primary point of technical expertise for the Medical Team providing guidance to resolve conflicts and issues that arise.
- Responsible for confirming adequate staff coverage is scheduled to support case management.
- Ensure the nurses actively pursue their Continuous Professional Development and that they are supported in their pursuit of opportunities.
- Maintain overall accountability for the training and induction of the nursing team along with the Medical Director.
- Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for nursing staff.
- Manage resources effectively to maintain optimal patient service levels.
Nurse Manager - Non- Clinical
Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary:
- $100,000 - $110,000 + 10% Bonus
- Medical, Dental, Vision coverage
- Generous PTO
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license within the United States
- BSN
- Minimum of 3 years Nurse Management, RN Supervisory experience working within an Acute Care, Emergency, ICU and primary care setting.
- Minimum of 5 years as RN working in Critical Care, ICU or Emergency or Trauma Medicine.
- Military health care system experience preferred.
- Complex Case Management experience
- Native level Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese preferred but not required.
- US Citizenship required.
- Effective prioritization and critical thinking skills.
- Must have excellent customer service experience and a passion for mentoring RNs within an office setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork among staff members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
