Location: Hesperia CA
Pay Rate:
Local: $113 - $118 / Hourly.
Travel: ESTIMATED Weekly Take Home: $3,776/week after an estimated 25% tax rate
Untaxed:   $188/day MLA for each day that you are on assignment duplicating expenses (Estimated $1316/week) (Must be over 50 Miles from Work site location to qualify)
Shift Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM – Monday - Friday
Call Schedule: No call
Vaccination: Booster required
Coverage: ASAP – 13 Weeks (Option to extend)
Setting: Clinic Patients
Responsibilities: Well-child physicals, visits, immunizations
Schedule: 8:30a-5:00p, No Call
PPD/Census: 25-28 PPD on average
EMR: EPIC

REQUIREMENTS:
Active State License Required: Active State License in CA
Certifications/Qualifications Required: BLS, DEA
Board Certified Required: Certified
CSR/DEA Requirements: DEA
