Type: (PRN & Direct Hire)
Schedule is 7am - 3pm EST
salary is $140K - $158K/ year + annual bonus.
$1,500 in CEU reimbursement
6-8 weeks of parental leave
PTO is paid out if it is not used.
Job Summary: Reporting to the Medical Director and Overseeing Physician, the Nurse Practitioner oversees daily operations at the onsite health clinic, providing patient care including physicals, injury assessments, and minor procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct post-offer physicals and medical clearance exams Deliver urgent and episodic care to employees Respond to in-plant medical emergencies and evaluate acute illnesses Diagnose, treat, and manage workplace injuries and non-occupational conditions Administer minor procedures and manage workers’ compensation cases Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT programs Maintain inventory of medications and supplies.
Required Education, Skills, and Abilities:
3+ years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner in occupational health bachelor’s degree in relevant field Valid state licensure and First Aid/CPR/AED certification Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication and administrative skills Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism Familiarity with manufacturing facility practices Proof of COVID-19 vaccination may be required
