Job Description
GHR Advanced Practice is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) for a 13 week contract working withing a level III NICU at a community based hospital in Honolulu, HI. This is a busy NICU with an average daily census of 14 babies. The Neonatal NP will work with a fully staffed team of providers to deliver the highest level of quality patient care.
Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,300-$4,500
- Setting: Level III NICU
- Start Date: 5/20/24
- Shift: 12 hour shifts; days or nights ; 3 days on, 3 days off
- Duration: 13-week contract with option to extend
Job Requirements
- 2 years of advanced practice clinical experience in a level III NICU setting
- Valid Nurse Practitioner License in the state of Hawaii
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Certification
- BLS from AHA
- Neonatal Resuscitation Certification
Responsibilities
- Attending C-Sections and High Risk Deliveries
- Clinical Proficiency required in the following areas: Chest Tube Insertion, central lines, intubation
- Performs specialized procedures on high risk infants and neonates
- Physical exams and evaluations of infants in the Delivery, Neonatal and Mother Baby Units
