Advanced Practice Provider - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit ( Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant )

 

GHR is seeking a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, 26-week locums assignment at a top children's hospital in San Francisco, CA.

 

Schedule: The shifts are 3x12's (days, nights, weekends, holidays – must be open and available to working all shifts)

 

The Neonatal Unit:

  • Founded 60+ years ago
  • 50+ beds
  • Provides care for critically ill newborns
  • Expertise to treat the smallest, sickest and most fragile babies needing surgery for heart, lung, gastrointestinal and other life-threatening conditions
  • Neonatal heart program is one of the largest in the country

 

Requirements:

  • Active CA license at the time of presentation
  • CA DEA, AHA BLS, AHA NRP
  • If PA, must have masters in PA studies or MMS
  • 2 years minimum of recent/relevant experience in neonatal unit

EMR: Epic

 

Compensation:

  • to $5,520 weekly (travelers will receive a stipend)
