Location: Longview WA

Pay Rate:

Local- $ 4000.00 – $4600.00 Weekly Gross (Eligible for Health benefits)

Travel- $ 5000.00 - $5200.00 Weekly Gross (Eligible for Health benefits)

MLA Travel Weekly Stipend: $1792.00 – MUST BE OVER 50 MILES FROM LOCATION TO QULIFY

 

Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days – Monday – Friday with flexibility, occasional Saturdays with a weekday off

Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No call.

Type of Patients/Cases/Procedures: Family Medicine – physicals, women’s health, chronic conditions management, urgent issues, employee health screenings, telemedicine

Patients per Day/Volume: Estimated 20 Patients per day

Support Staff: Full support staff – RN’s, MA’s, LVN’s

EMR: EPIC (Recent experience required within the past 2 years)

Qualification:

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner in state
  • Active BLS
  • Recent booster vaccination is required.
