Job Title: FNP - Pediatric (Full-Time/Part-Time Permanent)
About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioners to join our team within local juvenile corrections facilities. The role involves comprehensive primary care, preventive health, and wellness services for juveniles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments, diagnose, and treat a range of health conditions for adolescent patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Provide health education and counseling on wellness and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with facility staff to support a safe and healthy environment
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted New Jersey FNP licensure
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required
- 2+ years of experience in pediatric or adolescent primary care, ideally in corrections or community health
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with young patients from diverse backgrounds
- BLS/ACLS certification
Schedule & Benefits:
