Nurse Practitioner - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)

Job Details

  • Weekly Estimated Pay: $3970-$4270
  • Location: East Norriton, PA - A vibrant community with a rich history and easy access to Philadelphia healthcare opportunities.
  • Start Date: October 14, 2024
  • Shift: 12-hour shifts; 3 shifts per week
  • Duration: 13-week contract

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Post-op Surgery/ICU
  • Experience with pacemakers, central and arterial lines, ventilator management, removal of intra-aortic balloon pumps, LVAD
  • Acute Care Certificate required
  • Preferred: Critical Care Experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to post-operative cardiovascular patients
  • Manage and monitor patients with pacemakers, central and arterial lines
  • Oversee ventilator management and removal of intra-aortic balloon pumps
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
