Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - 2K sign on Bonus!

I am working with a healthcare company who is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with at least 2 years’ experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in an Urgent Care, ER, ICU or Primary Care setting in the Tucson area.

In this position you will be seeing patients in their homes. You will have a Medical Technician to drive you to all your home visits.

Schedule:

• Full time eligibility requirement minimum of 14 shifts per month (140 – 150 hours)
• Providers schedule is determined in partnership with their market leader.
• Providers can block their schedules if you prefer to work 6 days on and 6 days off.

Shifts: Start time of 8am, 9am, 10am, and then 12pm and they are 10-hour shifts

Salary/Compensation:

• Rate: $65.00-70.00 per hr.

DESCRIPTION:

• Perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose, treat complex illnesses.
• Work in collaboration with a Medical Technician deliver care to patients in the comfort of their home. Including a mobile unit and driving a company vehicle to see patients in their home.
• Analyze test data to diagnose, treat and arrange appropriate follow up for the patient to ensure continuity of care. Educate patients & families.
• Attend training sessions and clinical team meetings.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as an APP in Urgent Care, ER, ICU or Primary Care
• Prescriptive Authority and DEA license in state of Washington.
• Board - Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
