Immediate Openings: Experienced Urgent Care/ER Providers Needed in Worcester MA

Locations:

• Worcester, MA (1 positions available)

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $85/hour

Contract Duration:

• 6 months with potential for long term

Start Date:

• ASAP
• Schedule: Start times vary between 8 AM and 10 AM
• 9-10 hour shifts
• 3-4 days per week

Overview: We have an urgent need for experienced healthcare providers to join our team on a contract basis. These roles are critical as we strive to provide high-quality care to patients with complex needs, aiming to prevent unnecessary ER visits by offering care through Company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with high acuity and complex health issues.
• Work independently to manage patient cases, leveraging urgent care or ER experience.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure effective patient care and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensure seamless transition of care for patients to avoid frequent ER visits.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of provider experience required, with a strong preference for 2+ years. Experience in urgent care or emergency room settings is ideal due to the high acuity and complexity of the patients.
• Background: Urgent care or ER experience is essential. Familiarity with treating patients in high-acuity settings is preferred.
• Skills: Ability to work independently and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills are necessary.
