Job Description

A nonprofit retirement community in Talbot County, is seeking their next NHA to lead their team!  This organization has served local communities for 50+ years and has an excellent reputation for quality care vs profits, boasting a 96% resident satisfaction rating.

Responsibilities:
  • As the NHA, you will be responsible for directing the administration of healthcare services for the community's assisted living and skilled nursing teams, fiscal operations, staffing and reporting for a community with about 250 residents

Salary:  $110,000 to $140,000

Qualifications:
  • Current State Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
  • 2+ years of experience
