Medical Director - Geriatrics, Adult Day Care 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to oversee the daily operations of two Adult Day Centers, located in Monmouth County and Ocean County NJ. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a growing team and make a significant impact on adult day care services in the community.

Job Details

• Location: Monmouth County, NJ
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Salary: Starting at $265,000/yr
• Bonus: 10% bonus potential

Job Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare jobs or a relevant field
• Strong leadership and administrative skills
• Ability to travel to local skilled nursing facilities or patients' homes if necessary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the Adult Day Care facility
• Provide clinical care and support to participants
• Engage in administrative duties, initially 50% clinical and 50% administrative, transitioning to 25% clinical ,as staff is hired
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers, Dietitians, and Medical Assistants
• Participate in on-call duties, initially once per month, with the possibility of virtual/telephonic engagement
