MD - Adult Day Care
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to join our Adult Day Care team. This full-time, permanent role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive healthcare to approximately 120 participants in a supportive and dynamic environment. The position includes occasional travel to local skilled nursing facilities or patients' homes when participants are unable to visit the center.
Job Details
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekends or nights
- On-call: Likely once per month initially, decreasing over time
- Salary: $225,000 - $250,000
Job Requirements
- Medical degree with a background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar healthcare setting
- Ability to travel locally as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to adult day care participants
- Travel to local skilled nursing facilities or patients' homes when necessary
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in virtual interviews with the Executive Director and C-Suite members
