Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
• Assist in the supervision of nursing assistants
• Assist with developing and implementing plans of care
• Ensure that documentation meets all state/federal guidelines
• Performing and assist with direct patient care as needed
• Ensuring resident has proper equipment
• Coordinating resident care with other facility departments
• Assessing and identify any changes in resident condition and needs

Pay Rates: $25 to $30 per hour

Schedules Available:

• 7am to 3pm
• 3pm to 11pm
• 11pm to 7am

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of accredited school of practical nursing
• Current and valid NJ LPN license
• Current and valid BLS/CPR Certification
• 2+ years of experience in a medical office is preferred
