Lead Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) - Up to $110K + $5K Bonus!

Are you an experienced RNAC or a strong Unit Manager/RN leader in Long-Term Care (LTC) looking to advance your career? Join a 5-star rated rehabilitation and nursing center in beautiful Wilmington, DE!

We're offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires and a competitive salary up to $110,000 per year, depending on your experience. We're also open to training a dedicated Unit Manager or experienced RN leader from LTC who is ready to step into an RNAC role.

What you'll do:
  • Lead patient assessments and documentation.
  • Work with the MDS system to optimize patient care.
  • Collaborate with doctors and medical professionals.
  • Contribute to departmental fiscal budgeting.

Requirements:
