Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN – Inpatient, Acute Rehab
A large, multi-site healthcare system is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their state-of-the-art Inpatient Rehab within one of their multiple hospitals throughout the region. This facility is one of the only locations in the region that is accredited by both the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and The Joint Commission.
The organization has a wonderful reputation for their rehab services and working with patients who have experienced functional loss of disability due to an accident, illness or injury…They offer everything you need to reclaim your life – from comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation and transitional care to outpatient programs.
As a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work along side a specialized team of board-certified rehab physicians, certified rehab nurses, clinicians and dedicated therapists deliver an unparalleled level of care and encouragement through state-of the-art-technology, advanced therapies and wellness environments. The facility holds a little over 100 beds and consists of Acute Rehab unit, Brain injury unit and a Transitional Sub-acute unit for skilled care.
The Licensed Practical Nurse plays a crucial role in providing care and support to patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or illness.

Compensation: $54,000 - $84,000/ year (Depending on experience)

- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medication and assist with prescribed treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
